Delivery Information

We are proud to offer free delivery to most parts of the mainland UK within 7 days of your order. Some remote areas such as the highlands of Scotland or the far depths of Cornwall may incur a small surcharge. We kindly ask that if you live in a remote area that you get in touch before ordering so we can discuss delivery options.

If you are local and wish to collect your item in person we will happily offer you a £50 discount. This applies to items of furniture only. Please get in touch prior to purchase so we can discount the item before you purchase.

After you have made your order we will be in touch via email within 24 hours to discuss a suitable delivery date for you.

We use a trusted courier which has end to end live tracking and will give you a two hour delivery time slot the day before your delivery is due.

Please note that sometimes, on rare occasions the courier may have to change the delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens we will be in touch right away to ensure any new delivery date is suitable for you and can amend it if needed.
