Ercol Chairmakers Rocking Chair
First released in 1956 the Chairmakers rocking chair is an iconic piece in the Ercol range. This particular one has been made in the last 15 years and is identical to the original apart from the Ercol logo. Crafted in solid ash with a clear lacquer finish and made with the quality craftsmanship that Ercol has become famous for.
A traditional spindle backrest with eight, finely-tuned spindles, curved to accommodate the body’s natural contours. Durable, solid ash legs grant the chair a range of movement, allowing users to lean back and enjoy the simple pleasure of sitting in a rocking chair.
Overall condition is excellent and the chair appears to have had little if any use. One minor scuff on the back edge (see picture).
